DANIS soft skills training sessions refer to effective relationships and leadership abilities. What sets DANIS training sessions apart, in terms of methodology and knowledge transfer in the workplace, is the goal to increase the impact of this service, so that immediate noticeable results emerge in participants’ daily work.

The main topics for training are: Interpersonal Communication, Decision Making, Conflict Management, Teamwork, Delegation, Leadership, Motivation, Change Management, Time Management, Negotiation on Principles, Delivering Impact Presentations, Conducting Efficient Meetings, Learning Styles and Strategies for Personal Development etc.  

The standard DANIS training Programs consist of 2 modules (1 module/ day) that are separated by a period of approx. 2 weeks, time in which participants are responsible for implementing an Applicative Project in their real working environment. Results are monitored by DANIS consultants. 

Personal and Team Efficiency” Program – dedicated to first-line management

Our experience since 1998 in working with managers, along our research on Romanian organizations have led us to the following conclusion: the management development process is far more efficient if it is adjusted to the specific needs of each hierarchical level. Based on this principle, we have developed 3 different Programs dedicated to:  

  • line-management: “Personal and Team Efficiency” Program
  • middle-management: “Personal Power” Program 
  • top-management: “Steps towards Excellence” Program 

The “Personal and Team Efficiency” Program aims to develop the first level of management in organisations, so that they become an open bridge between the other levels of management and the rest of the employees. Participants will learn and practice in their working environment certain specific techniques concerning:  the organisation of work (establishing priorities, task distribution, delegation); communication-related aspects – adapted to the first-level of management (sending clear and firm instructions, feedback); team coordination (creating a climate based on trust and collaboration, managing conflicts inside the team); employee motivation (through a variety of techniques). 

Personal Power” Program – dedicated to middle-management

The “Personal Power” Program helps middle-managers clarify their extremely important role with regard to organisational performance – being at the crossroad between the company’s strategies and the need for people’s involvement to implement them. At the end of this Program, participants will increase their self-confidence, as a result of opportunities for self-knowledge, debates and exercising specific techniques regarding: transforming strategies into objectives, increasing employees’ engagement and commitment (motivational theories with high impact), elements of inter-personal communication for creating healthy relationships, through intra- and inter-team excercises delivered during the Program.   

Steps towards Excellence” Program – dedicated to top-management

The Steps towards Excellence” Program represents a solution for top-managers who really want to have a significant and a high quality impact on the life of their organisation. Topics such as: effective leadership modelsLeader5, the role of vision and values in leading a company, the role and impact of Team no.1 – the top-management team, the emotional intelligence of leaders or gaining and cultivating trust will allow participants to engage in meaningful practice, in order to improve personal efficiency and adopt a fulfilling top-management role.

Based on DANIS consultants’ experience from 1998 with regard to developing and implementing training sessions, the Train of Trainers Program is particularly suitable for those who wish to add to their professional expertise the necessary skills for delivering courses.  

The Program’s main objective is to support participants in order to exercise and develop practical skills in the area of teaching adults. This will be accomplished during approx. 2 months consisting of over 30 hours of both theoretical and hands-on learning experiences.
